Greg Fournier

Managing Principal
Greg Fournier is Managing Principal of Greenbrook Partners. Greg leads the overall management of the firm, including oversight of corporate strategy, acquisitions, investment execution, new business and financing activities. Prior to forming Greenbrook Partners, he was Managing Director at East End Capital, an operating company with investments in office, retail, and residential real estate in New York City. In this position, he directed all capital markets activities for the firm. Prior to East End, Greg managed real estate investments at The Olayan Group, a private investment company based in New York City. In this role, he oversaw direct real estate transactions and was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments in public and private real estate companies, single asset and portfolio acquisitions, and development joint ventures. Greg earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Fred LeCao

President
Fred LeCao is President of Greenbrook Partners. Fred oversees Greenbrook's business operations and is involved in all aspects of investment activities with a primary focus on asset management and financing. Prior to joining Greenbrook Partners, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets and Portfolio Management at UC Funds, a private commercial real estate lender. In this position, he led global capital raising and joint venture initiatives with institutional investors. Prior to UC Funds, Fred was Vice President at Greenwood Energy, an investment subsidiary of Libra Group, a multi-billion dollar family office with extensive real estate holdings. Fred previously served as Vice President at BlackRock where he was responsible for underwriting commercial real estate debt investments across property types and markets. Fred earned a B.S. in Business from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a recipient of the Robert Toigo Fellowship.
Jeff Jerden

Jeff Jerden is Chief Operating Officer of Greenbrook Partners, responsible for all operational activities for the company and the investment portfolio. Jeff’s career in multifamily spans 20 years at organizations from coast to coast. Prior to Greenbrook, Jeff was Chief Operating Officer at Veritas Investments, a West Coast-focused multifamily investment manager with a large presence in San Francisco. Jeff also served as Executive Vice President at multifamily investment manager Centennial Holding Company, where he was head of asset management for the Sunbelt investor. Jeff holds a Masters in Urban Planning and Real Estate from Harvard, and a degree in International Relations from Brown.
John Orban

John Orban is the Chief Financial Officer of Greenbrook Partners, responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, capital markets, and operational performance. He brings over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, having previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Slate Property Group, Taconic Partners, and Greenfield Partners. John has led finance and accounting functions for major developments including Essex Crossing and managed reporting for over $7 billion in assets across multiple institutional funds. He holds a degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in New York.
